    ADMIN INTERN (FULL-TIME)

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - Sao chép và lưu trữ hồ sơ nhân viên, bao gồm việc thay đổi tên hồ sơ/ Scanning and filling personal profiles, include changing the file names.
    - Kiểm tra hồ sơ và đảm bảm nhập chính xác dữ liệu nhân viên mới/ Checking personal documents & data records for new hire to make sure right input.
    - Ghi chép, chuẩn bị hợp đồng, trình ký và gửi đi sau khi đã ký kết/ Record & prepare contract to send out after signing off.
    - Kiểm tra, theo dõi và nhập thông tin vào sổ giao nhận thư/ Tracking in mail in/ out book.
    - Hỗ trợ nhân viên tư vấn trong việc chuẩn bị phiếu lương (bảng cứng) vào cuối tháng/ Support consultant in preparing payment slip (paper) at month end.

    - Đánh máy tài liệu theo phân công của quản lý/ Typing necessary documents as assigned by supervisor.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    - Trình độ Tiếng Anh khá trở lên/ Good at English.
    - Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ.
    - Có kĩ năng sử dụng MS Office/ MS Office Skills.
