Job description

Purchasing works:

  • Equipment, office and teaching facility;
  • Promotion product for MKT campaigns and events of the year …
  • Renting domain hosting, sms, email MKT;
  • Media tips: PR on web, new on TV, magazine …;
  • Location renting (events, leasing for office…)
  • LCD on building, school banners, street banners, billboards, backdrops;
  • Booking hotel, air ticket, accommodation preparation, fresh flower for holiday/event…
  • Photographer renting, camera services…
  • Support for HCM offices for checking prices and process paper works ( Oversea sudy, Franchise, Corp ..)
  • Other assigned jobs;

ADM activities:

  • Maintenance for elevator, air-con, central air conditioning..;
  • Outsourcing services: cleaning, security;
  • Renovation;
  • Control the administration filing system;
  • Make the monthly payment for regular monthly cost;
  • Make the monthly budget record, record PPRs as regulated;
  • Evaluating vendors;
  • Facility management( record, coordinate, doing liquidation of assets)
  • Controlling, filing document for ISO
  • Assist HOD in the administration papers;

Job requirements

  • Contracting experience/ skill (eg: goods and services contracts, lease agreement, collaborator contracts, principles contract…)
  • Experience in field of events, online marketing, MKT’s activities (eg: events of English competition, webinar, Google Ad words, FB ads, website, videos, billboards, banner, posters, printing/promotion products…)
  • Good deal price with vendors, good in co coordinating, very good communication in Vietnamese and English with internal departments and vendors
  • Having taste of interior construction/decoration, promotion/ printing products …etc.

WORKING TIME:

  • Normally 44 hours shift work a week, timetabled by the immediate manager in consonance with the Admissions requirements. Outside work-hours required from time-to-time when tasks need to be completed on time.
