JOB DESCRIPTION- Process all internal training programs in accordance with the company’s regulations.
- Design and prepare all training materials for training courses: Slides, video, records, etc.
- Assess training needs, and develop and deliver training programs for various levels of individuals.
- Build yearly training plan /training result analysis/Training data management.
2. Recruitment (30%)

REQUIREMENTS- From 02 years of experience in Human Resources, be passionate with Talent Acquisition/Training & Development.
- Good verbal and written communication in Korean OR English in Business
- Have a long-term career developing aspirations in Human Resources management
- Strong interpersonal skills, be honest, detail-oriented, eagle-to-learn in HR performance standards and retail business.

1. Event
- In charge of developing content for Shopping Mall’s monthly/seasonal/big events: Create content ideas and concept images for the event, build proposals, event scenarios in a creative meaningful, impressive and professional manner.
- Closely work, discuss and coordinate with agencies, partners, and related departments to deploy and implement event activities as per Shopping Mall’s Marketing Plan.
- Leading and ensuring the success of all event preparations and executions.
- Managing relationships with vendors, organizers, and attendees.
- Be responsible for necessary legal documents and licenses for the implementation of event and activities according to the lawful regulations
- Discuss and work closely with Design team and suppliers to deploy POSM items to promote events, and optimize offline advertising at Shopping Mall.
- Work closely with PR, Digital team to promote and advertise Event activities to the public.
- Manage on-site event presence and communications.
- Ensure smooth event execution within budget and meeting goals
- Report event performance results to Heads of Department as well as to the required authorities timely according to the lawful regulations
2. Promotions
- Be responsible for promotional plans control & execution (monthly/quarterly and seasonal promotion) of Lotte Mall Hanoi
- Developing and implementing lead generation campaigns.
- Managing relationships with gifts vendors
- Designing marketing and promotional materials for each promotion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a successful promotion plan
- Cooperate with related departments (Sales Management, Design, Finance & LDCC) to develop promotions and analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Report promotion results after events and periodly.
3. Music/Broadcast
- In charge of music broadcast content in the Shopping Mall area.
- In charge of announcement broadcast content when needed.
REQUIREMENTS- At least 3 years of experience in relevant position
- Experience in Shopping Mall/Retail is an advantage
- Exceptional project management skills
- Creativity and an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with senior-level executives
- Diplomacy, tact, and a customer-focused approach
