The academic programs span from vocational English through to undergraduate, post-graduate and Ph.D. programs. All teaching at RMIT Vietnam is in English.






1. Event
planning and logistics: Help organize events from start to finish, including
booking venues, working with vendors, inventory and storing management, and
liaising with other departments.
2. Event
execution: Support in event setup, execution, and breakdown, coordinating with
staff and volunteers as needed to ensure that all aspects of the event proceed
according to plan.
3. Communication and marketing: Help
promote events regarding student activities and assist promotional content and
design creation for Student Life activities and events, Student Life's social
media fan pages and other communication platforms (online and offline).
4. Administrative
tasks: Assist with managing paperwork for Clubs & Student Activities events,
club sponsorships, and reimbursements and maintain accurate records of
expenses, invoices, and client preferences for future reference and
improvement.
5. Meetings
and documentation: Take notes at meetings and help distribute information.
6. Support
Team members at each office to build strong relationships and foster a
collaborative atmosphere for service users
7. Other
duties: Assist senior staff with additional tasks as needed.

· Bachelor degree in
relevant disciplines
· Experience in event
logistics support, procurement of event items and administration tasks. Experience working in
an event agency is a significant plus.
· Well-developed
interpersonal skills including coordination, liaison, and communication, both
written and spoken, in English and Vietnamese, across a broad range of
stakeholders
· Well-developed
planning, organizational, analytical and problems solving skills, working
independently, or as part of a team.
· Attention to detail,
accuracy, and security when managing information.
· Demonstrated good knowledge
and experience with computer software and platforms, including databases,
spreadsheets, presentation software, apps and social media, and graphic design
tools.
· Experience in project
support related to communication activities.
· Experience creating and
maintaining effective digital content, including social media.
· Proven organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
·
Well-developed
interpersonal skills, including negotiation, liaison and cross-cultural communication.

· Contract duration: 6
months
· Salary: VND 7,000,000 (potential to raise)
· Annual leave: 1 day per
working month
