1. School Bus:
- Collect registrations of bus service and any changes in registered home address and/or contacts.
- Be the connection link between the bus company and parents & students. Coordinate with the bus company to design suitable and reasonable bus route and timing for students.
- Coordinate with the bus company to ensure students receive a quality and safe, buses are fully equipped and in good condition; all Bus drivers and Bus monitors are qualified, well trained and in good health condition.
- Update parents promptly when there are any changes in timing, route, bus driver/bus monitor, etc; update the bus company and related offices (accounting, school offices, etc.) when there are any changes in service registrations, students’ home address, parents’ contact information, etc.
- Receive and handle any feedbacks from parents and students regarding the bus service.
- Assist with daily bus duties (arrival and departure) and conduct daily bus arrival & bus departure reports.
2. School Meals:
- Collect registrations of school meal service and any special dietary requirements.
- Coordinate with School Offices (Headmaster, Elementary and Secondary) to consolidate daily students’ attendance and the number of registered meals.
- Inform the Kitchen team on daily number of registered normal meals, special meals, special dietary requirements.
- Send out monthly menu and receive registration of special orders from parents.
- Receive and handle any feedbacks from parents and students regarding the meal service.
- Update parents promptly when there are any changes menu; update the kitchen team and related offices (Accounting, School offices, etc.) when there are any changes in service registrations, dietary requirements, etc.
- Conduct daily meal reports.
3. Debit Notes:
- Coordinate with Accounting and School Offices to issue Debit Notes.
- Follow up with Accounting to send Payment Receipt, Balance and Payment Reminder to ensure the collection of payable fees.
4. Other administrative tasks

- Bachelor’s degree, from 6 months to 1 year of experience in the same position
- Customer service experience is an advantage

- Advise students and parents and provide them with information about academic programs and the school in general.
- Oversee the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Implement admissions policies and procedures.
- Market programs and facilities by preparing and providing informational brochures; writing and placing advertisements; answering questions; conducting tours.
- Obtain applicant’s information by requesting completed application package; verifying and clarifying information; explaining admission criteria.
- Coordinate with School Office and Registrar Department for assessment and enrollment process of students.
- Resolve students and parents’ dissatisfactions by investigating concerns; recommending changes in service policies and procedures.
- Develop effective communication strategies and enrollment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students
- Prepare admissions reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Coordinate with other departments for implementation, supervision and admin administration of short-term courses

1. Classroom
Management
- Establishing a classroom climate conducive to effective learning.
- Making a significant contribution to improving the performance of the students.
- Preparing and submitting weekly lesson plans when appropriate.
- Encouraging productive teamwork among students.
- Encouraging students to become involved and to participate at different levels of academic life and activities.
- Ensuring that the code of conduct is understood and observed.

2. Student Assistance
- Using a variety of means for overcoming weaknesses among students.
- Displaying a positive and constructive tone of voice that encourages a healthy relationship with students.
- Giving all students the same attention.

5. Specifics to
Language Teaching
- Liaise with the Head of School on Scope and Sequence of Teaching and Learning at RGSV.
- Create an Inquiry based model of teaching the Vietnamese language to RGSV students.
- Develop an assessment strategy in keeping with the RGSV Assessment Policy.
- Contribute to the RGSV Extra Curricular Activity program.
- Report on each student’s learning and outcomes.
- Attend all staff meetings and collaborative planning meetings as per the requests of the School Leadership Team.
- Participate in all training sessions given by the IB and other organizations,
including ICT
training.

- Proposing human resource strategy including human resource development strategy, salary bonus & recruitment, training to the Board of Directors.
- Review, approve, and submit to the board of directors about HR policies. Guide and supervise HR team in the implementation of the established policies.

- Manage the recruitment and selection process both Vietnamese and Foreign teachers
- Review recruitment needs, plan manpower and oversee recruitment campaigns, participate in the selection of all positions.

- Supervise and provide consultation to management on compensation & benefits, training & development, budget and labor relations

- At least 02 years experience in the same position, native Vietnamese, fluent in English.
- Proven knowledge of Labour Law, Social Insurance Law, …
- Have a high responsibility, careful, have ability to work under high pressure
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Experience and proven knowledge of ability to effectively use the computer as a tool for a variety of functions. Familiar with Words, Excel, Google apps (Forms, Sheets, Drive), Gmail and Internet in general.
