Job Description

• Keep abreast of changes in laws affecting the company and its investments.
• Give legal advice with respect to corporate administration; prepare corporate documents, anticipate and guard against legal risks involving the company and its investments.
• Study proposed and existing legislation related to operations of the company.
• Assist legal counsels in legal research, documents filing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Graduated students or 4th year students from good Vietnamese law universities, or major in legal.
2. Legal intern experience preferred but not required.
3. Ability to do legal research, work with government authorities, good in formatting, writing.
4. Ability to read and write English.
5. Duration Intern: 3 months, 8:00 -17:00 from Mon – Fri.
