Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for review of content and ad policies and addresses issues assigned to them. • Required to tend to more complex content review and analysis requirements and function as content specialists who are adept at responding to critical client requests or queries. • Accountable for closing escalated customer inquiries regarding ad and content review • These incumbent/candidate who joins us will be supporting markets where specified languages are spoken (E.g. Vietnamese will be supporting Vietnam market, Korean will be supporting Korea market...)
Requirements
• Freshers are welcome. • Interviewing and Training will be conducted in English, basic speaking and listening skills are required. • Speaking Thailand, Korean, Japanese... are preferred.• Ready to change working environment to Malaysia
This is 1 year working contract (can be renewable)
