JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Description:
- Posting, interacting, and seeding on the company's new Facebook group to enhance brand recognition, increase engagement and attract potential customers.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of seeding activities on social media, providing suggestions and feedback for improvement.
- Explore and engage in groups related to our services or the field of studying abroad.
- Participate in developing short-term and long-term marketing strategies and plans on a monthly basis.
Working Hours:
Flexible working hours.
Mandatory online meetings 2 - 3 times a week, lasting 20 - 40 minutes. Meeting times are scheduled after 5:00 PM Vietnam time.
REQUIREMENTSRequirements:
Must have experience or a strong interest in studying abroad and scholarships, particularly in the UK, US, and Australia, are preferred.
Proficiency in reading and understanding English is preferred.
BENEFITSSalary:
Base salary of 2.000.000 VND + bonuses based on KPIs + sales commissions.
In case a customer decides to purchase our services, you will receive a commission of 20% for the first customer of the month, and 25% for subsequent customers within the same month. A special bonus will be provided for over 5 customers.
Other Benefits:
In addition to the training on studying abroad, you will also receive a complimentary session course on scholarship hunting if you are interested in seeking scholarships to study in the UK, US, or Australia.
Internship certificate upon completing 6 months of work at the company.
A Recommendation Letter will be provided to support study abroad or full-time job application
After 3 months, you will be considered for a full-time position as a Marketing Specialist with a higher salary.
