• 🚀 SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective strategies for enhanced website visibility and search engine ranking, encompassing keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building.
• 👉 Website Optimization: Regularly audit and optimize website content, structure, and meta-data to align with SEO best practices. Ensure mobile-friendliness, fast-loading, and logical site structure.
• 🌟 Content Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the copywriting team to optimize content for search engines, integrating target keywords and improving readability.
• 😄 Performance Monitoring: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track and report on SEO metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• 💽 Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' SEO activities, adjusting strategies based on competitor rankings, content, and link-building strategies.
• 🌋 SEO Trends & Updates: Stay informed on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Share insights with the team to keep strategies current.
• 📃 Link Building: Identify and pursue link-building opportunities through outreach, collaborations, and content marketing.
• 🛫 Local SEO Optimization: Implement local SEO strategies for businesses targeting local markets, optimizing for local search listings and managing citations.
• 📲 UX & Conversion Optimization: Improve website user experience (UX) for enhanced user-friendliness and conversions.
• 🖨 Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with marketing, content, and web development teams to align SEO strategies with business goals. Report progress and performance to the marketing manager or SEO lead.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and the latest industry trends.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Desire to grow alongside a fast-growing company and team.
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and have good time management skills to well adapt to remote environment.
