Responsibilities:

• Provide language interpretation services to facilitate communication between individuals with language barriers.
• Conduct interpretation during telephone or video calls, ensuring clarity and accuracy in consecutive interpretation from English.
• Process information swiftly and succinctly, showing sensitivity to cultural nuances.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Utilize industry-specific terminology and understand relevant procedures across various sectors including Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, Emergency Services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.

Requirement:

• Candidates who apply are those who have graduated from university.
  

Qualifications:

• Strong listening, retention, and note-taking skills to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to maintain neutrality, objectivity, and concentration during conversations.
• Quick establishment of personal credibility.
• Adherence to client instructions with precision.
• Capability to explain cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication, with client permission.
• Bilingual proficiency at B2 CEFR level in English and other required languages.
• Remote work capability on a permanent basis.
