As an Intern at Favour Capital, you will have opportunities to work in a challenging and dynamic environment and get exposure to various SEA/China corporate finance deals, primary market fundraising in industries such as TMT, Consumer and Healthcare.
Assist in conducting TMT/Consumer industry and company research and analysis.
Assist in preparation of materials for internal and external meetings (e.g. pitchbooks, presentation materials, teasers, etc).
Assist in developing financial models, valuation (e.g. DCF, sensitivity analysis, comparable), and due diligence work.
Acting as the liaison for the team and other parts of the Firm.
Job Qualifications
Currently pursuing or posses a Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics and other relevant majors from top universities, Master/MBA degree is highly preferred. We are looking for candidates that will be graduating in 2022/2023 for Internship placements.
Able to work for 4-5 days (minimum ~30 hours) per week for minimum 3 months, longer is preferred
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Motivated, creative and excellent interpersonal skills
Exudes leadership qualities, professional yet empathetic, can-do and hardworking attitude
Robust financial and analytical skill set
Strong quantitative and technical abilities
Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
Internship experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, big four, consulting or corporate strategy department are highly preferred.
