JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for Business Development talents to join Dwarves and work remotely.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the software development industry, experience in developing partnerships & connections, excellent communication skills, and a never-ending passion for technology.

This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, attending to projects, and driving growth by promoting our services to potential clients globally.

What you’ll get to do
  • Getting trained into Business Development Executive with focus on AI/LLM, fintech, healthcare solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our technical expertise in AI and emerging technologies.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to understand their software development needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  • Work closely with the delivery and project management teams to ensure smooth transition and successful execution of client projects.
  • Generate and develop long-term goals for Business Development team.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Stay updated on AI/LLM, fintech, healthcare trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

What it takes to succeed 

  • Graduates or above from the following majors:
    • Business Development
    • Business English Communication
    • Communication
    • Marketing
  • Prior experience or strong interest in AI/LLM, and fintech, healthcare, data engineering sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Prior operation experience at technology firm preferred:
    • Ability to work under pressure and fast-moving environment
    • Excellent time management and organization
    • Excellent English in writing, speaking and reading
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Strong desire to work in IT industry, particularly with emerging technologies
    • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies is preferred
Nice to have
  • Experience working with IT companies.
  • Existing connections or involvement with tech communities.
  • A long-time Discord user.

This role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, managing social media presence, and maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll get to do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and communication strategies.
  • Create and maintain technical content that resonates with the developer communities, focusing on AI, fintech, and LLM across channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, etc.)
  • Build and grow an engaged tech community through meaningful discussions, authentic interactions, and valuable content.
  • Plan and execute events (webinars, workshops, conferences) that provide great value to the tech community.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with industry influencers, tech leaders, and partners.
  • Coordinate with the Operation team to execute campaigns promoting business initiatives and raise brand awareness.
  • Create press releases, articles, and other communication materials to showcase company achievements and technical expertise.
  • Coordinate participation in industry-specific events to maximize brand exposure and connect with technical audiences.
  • Set up and monitor online projects with proper tracking & reporting.

  • 1 or 2+ years of applied marketing experience with a strong digital marketing focus, including strategy and execution.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Possess essential knowledge and practical skills in Digital Marketing such as Marketing Analytics, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing. Familiar with ads tools/ platforms such as Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Nice to have
  • Experience working with IT companies.
