Customer Support Collaborator Remote (4-hour shift) Part-time






- Answering questions about features, documenting any technical issues, and passing them on to the product team;
- Creating support tickets for the team;
- Clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always;
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
- Communicating with customers through various channels such as phone, email, social media, or ticket system;
- Collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs to get insights into current/ future products or services;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customers.

- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support;
- Available to work from:
+ 8 PM to 0 AM (Monday -> Friday);
+ 4.30 PM – 0 AM (Work for 4 hours witin the time frame from 4.30 PM to 0 AM, according to the manager’s division);
- Candidates with flexible full-time job is a Priority to participate in training with the Xipat team;
- Good English for Writing, Reading, Listening, and Speaking (IELTS, TOEIC level equivalent to 5.5 or higher);
- Proficient typist and easily adapts to new software applications;
- Great attention to detail and accuracy;
- Self-motivated individual who enjoys winning as a team;
- Optimistic, enthusiastic, and people-centric focus;
- Great problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate;
- Onboard training requirement: 10 days in company 30 minutes weekly or bi-weekly to online training sessions, based on the team’s requirements after finishing onboarding time;
- The interview process consists of 3 rounds:
+ Round 1: Writing test;
+ Round 2: Case Study live chat with an agent;
+ Round 3: Interview.

- Salary 5 NET – 7 NET;
- Bonus: Review bonus, Feedback, Cross – upsell. Income up to 10 – 12 mil;
- Bonus Holiday, Tet.

Customer Support Collaborator Remote (Weekend Shift)

- At least 1 year experience in Customer Support.
- Available to work on Saturday and Sunday, according to management’s arrangement, work one of the following shifts
+ 8 AM – 4 PM;
+ 4 PM – 0 AM;
+ 0 AM – 8 AM (Including Monday). - Good English for Writing, Reading, Listening, and Speaking (IELTS, TOEIC level equivalent to 5.5 or higher).
- Proficient typist and easily adapts to new software applications.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated individual who enjoys winning as a team.
- Optimistic, enthusiastic, and people-centric focus.
- Great problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate.

- Salary 7 NET – 9 NET.
