Position: Draftman - Work From Home
Responsibilities
• Responsible for designing and creating detailed floor plans using our own-developed web-based measurements and drawing tools.
• Ability to meet deadlines
Requirements and Skills:
• Has skills/experience as a Drafter or a similar role
• Familiarity with 2D & 3D modeling tools
• Any Engineering, Architecture course, or any related degree from a technical college/vocational
• Fresh graduates and students are welcome to apply
• Living in Ho Chi Minh/Hanoi
• With the transportation and meal allowance
• Work from home permanently after on-site training for 8 weeks

We will give transportation and meal allowance of $8 a day until you finish the on-site training.
The trainer will assist and help you assemble the tasks correctly in person. You will be trained for around 8 weeks face-to-face (Monday - Friday, 8 am -5 pm). The company will pay you VND 9,520,000 gross per month for the training services payable every 5th of the month for 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week work under Metasource company.
Additional $200 by the time you finish the 10 training tours, whether you complete them in a week or two. I will give it on the nearest payout day
After face-to-face training, you will continue to work as an employee of Immoviewer on flexible working hours online(home-based work permanently). Starting salary is $400 a month 40hrs/week payable every 5th and 20th of the month.
