1. Job Description:

With the aim of creating a high-qualified personnel source of completely skilled employees fulfilling requirements of global corporations, HCLTech has developed an intensive training program, so-called First Career. The program aims to well prepare students for their global career in the field of technological services.

• 6-month Internship path: 3-month Classroom Training (CRT) => 3-month On-the-job-training (OJT) => fresher of HCL Vietnam
• Technical expertise training in Automation Test & Manual Test: Testing Fundamentals/ FP & OOP - JAVA/ SQL & JDBC/ Appium/ Selenium… 
• Soft skills training: presentation, teamwork and writing email skills in international business environment
• English/ Japanese communication training

2. Requirement:

• Students or graduates major in technology/ study Testing course and able to join full-time training courses  
• Have knowledge in one of professions: IT - INFORMATION SYSTEM or other related professions…
• CPA at least 2.8/4
• Able to communicate in English/ Japanese and have English/ Japanese comprehension  
• Able to work flexibly and meet deadlines, willing to acquire updated technology as customers require

3. Benefit:
