Job description:

• Assisting Head of PDC with day to day communications within the department. Assisting Head of PDC in project follow up and reporting and power point presentation
• Communicating with suppliers on various levels.
• Arranging appointment and travel plans / flight bookings and hotel arrangements.
• Communicating with Developement team on updates.
• Admin support to PDC Head and team
• KPI reporting, tracking, follow-up
• Conduct analyses and present results  Cross-category coordination and consolidation of reports
• Team building activities
• Follow up on action items defined in weekly PDC Head Meeting
• Project Management of Development related projects as defined between PDC Heads
