    Key Responsibilities

    • Work with the KOL, Content Supervisor and Editor to plan content direction for the Entertainment Music channel system.

    • Research and optimize video SEO and metadata of the channel system according to Youtube's algorithm.

    • Ensure copyright of videos, music, and other intellectual properties on the channel

    • Monitor, analyze and have the suitable solutions to improve the performance of the channel system

    • Constantly updating and analyzing competitors, new channel development trends in the market

    • Generate Weekly and Monthly reports on YouTube trends, channel performance

    • Participate in skills and company culture training sessions


    Requirements

    • Love listening to Music; working full-time (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)

    • 2+ years of experience in YouTube channel development

    • Have a good understanding of the youtube algorithm. In-depth knowledge of Youtube analytics tools.

    • Have SEO background is a plus

    • Proficient in using video editing software.

    • Having skills and experience in running targeted YouTube ads is an advantage

    • Intermediate English level from B1 above

    This is a full-time job (working time: 8hs/day, 5 days/week)
