Marketing Specialist / Senior Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

- Execute marketing campaign: sale & promotion, product launching, foot traffic to store, branding, affiliate and KOL marketing

- Lead social media ads campaigns

- Work cross team with BUYERs to understand products, with EXPERTs to push products, with outsourced team to create content directly to push sales

- Create marketing budget monthly and per event

- Go above and beyond day to day responsibilities to reach goal and target to push revenue

Requirements:

- Sale-oriented performance, analytical mindset and critical thinking 

- Excellent at tactics, techniques to optimize all facebook ads campaign for sale, lead, website click, fanpage growth.

- Experience at other digital marketing tools: Google Adwords, email marketing, Youtube ads,... 

- Good knowledge of social behavior of Vietnamese users

- Good knowledge of cosmetics products

- Soft skill: proactive, leading, teamwork, time management, creative
