    Job Description

    What will you do in this position?

    In this position, you will work for SCG Packaging (SCGP). Your role will be as an HR solution consultant for SCGP’s companies in Vietnam in HR fields.

    In detail, your roles are:

    • Perform On Job Training (OJT) in all systems of HR, that include: Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Performance Management, Manpower budgeting and Labor relations with SCGP’s HR Country management team.
    • Ensure overall HR implementation plans and activities of SCGP’s companies in Vietnam to comply with Vietnam Government and local legal requirements.
    • Ensure HR policies of SCGP’s companies are aligned with SCGP’s ones.
    • Be the center of information between HR of SCGP’s companies in Vietnam and SCGP. 

    The career path of this position shall be settled into 2 phases:

    • Phase 1: Fixed-term contract (1 year) with SCGP (based in Bangkok, Thailand)
    • Phase 2: A permanent position in SCGP’s companies in Vietnam (based in business locations of SCGP in Vietnam; will be settled after phase 1)

    REQUIREMENTS

    Our expectation for talents:

    • Education background;
      • At least Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business or related fields.
    • Working experiences;
      • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR field
    • Competencies/Skills;
      • Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices
      • Strong leadership skills
      • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
      • Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result-orientation
      • Fluent in English skills, and advantage for Thai language skills
